Bowie art sales led by Odd Nerdrum’s Dawn
Odd Nerdrum’s Dawn (1990) led the second part of the auction of David Bowie’s art collection at Sotheby’s in London on November 11. It’s one of the artist’s most recognisable paintings and made £341,000 ($535,472), an increase of 326.2% on a valuation of £80,000 ($125,624). Odd Nerdrum describes his own work as kitsch
